Has anyone noticed that the chill in the air has brought a windfall of witchy fashions this year? I cannot remember another season where I’ve seen so many mainstream online retailers and mall stores embracing dark designs.
I’d say American Horror Story: Coven was working its magic, but could retailers have really foreseen that that show would inspire a witch frenzy?
I tend to avoid malls like the plague and do my shopping online or in alternative boutiques. But I have to admit I’m lusting after a lot of big chain pieces. On the one hand, I love all of the choices and black black black. On the other hand, I’m a little concerned I won’t be able to distinguish between the truly wicked and the posers. Part of the reason I dress the way I do is to ward off unwelcome people from talking to me.
I thought this post would be a good way to show you that if you’re scrambling to get a Halloween costume or ensemble together, you can hit one website or one store and get everything you need from the dress to the accessories. Whether you need inspiration for a costume, or you are a kindred spirit who dresses freaky everyday, this post should cast its spell on you.
